When we started in 2000, there were many misrepresentations and lack of respect for religion in general,
and Islam in particular. Our goal is to present and show the beauty of our great tradition.
We also wanted to match the high quality standard that is common in the media today.

Among the behaviours and outcomes we encourage through the use of media are:

For the purpose of teaching and encouraging members of the community to act uprightly, we need to
present entertaining films that are based on good ethics and morals. Our community and the world
at large are in need of basic information about our glorious tradition.
Importance of Our Youth
We at One Islam Productions believe that our children are precious and the key to a brighter future. As parents, we often see the programs attracting our youth send the wrong messages in regards to the importance of family, community and religion.
Our films are always produced with the aim of teaching our children good manners and good conduct at an early age, as well as to give them good role models to look up to.
For this reason One Islam Productions will continue to produce quality wholesome programs that families can enjoy and gain much benefit from.
One 4 Kids – Children’s Division
Developing good character within our children is one of our aims. The Zaky Storytime series is already in progress with the story of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses and Joseph. We are also encouraging our youth to follow good actions by teaching them mindfulness and good behaviour through films such as "We Remember Allah" and "Prayer Time with Zaky".
Zakyfest
One 4 Kids, our children's division - is holding a very important and much needed event for young children called 'ZAKYFEST' - An Annual Youth Talent Funfest. The Zakyfest involves many schools with over 2000 students, showcasing the many talents of our youth.
We aim to help the children in our community gain confidence and leadership skills through participation in media and arts. The Funfest will also assist us in discovering many young talented children, which we may feature in our films and pave a career path for them in the film industry!
