Payment Methods
One Islam Productions accepts payment via the following methods:
All major Credit Cards
American Express
Most Debit Cards
Bank Deposit (details provided at checkout)
Please note, Bank Deposit is the only acceptable form of payment for customers within the African region.
Western Union ,Money Gram or any other money transfer services are not accepted.
- At checkout, you will need to enter your credit cards details if you choose to pay via this method. Please ensure you enter all details correctly. Any incorrect details will result in a delay in processing your order.
- If ‘Bank Deposit’ is selected, you will be emailed the Bank details for One Islam Productions, along with your invoice, which will include your order total.
- Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase should the need arise to provide it.
- All prices quoted on the One Islam website are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST (applicable to Australian customers).
- If payment is not made within 5 days of date of order, your order may be cancelled.
Credit Card Payments
- Credit Card payments will be deducted from the provided credit card at checkout or shortly before shipment if there is an error with the online payment.
- If payment is declined for whatever reason, a One Islam Sales Manager will attempt to contact you via email. If, within 5 days of attempting to receive payment the transaction is still declined, One Islam reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

Purchasing with One Islam Online Store is safe and secure, as we use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
When you access our checkout, you will notice a small padlock on the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are on a secure, encrypted page where your personal and credit card details are safely kept & transmitted.
Once a credit card transaction has been processed, your credit card details will be truncated. Therefore if you add anything to your order after payment, you will need to provide your card details again via telephone or email.
Shipping & Delivery – Within Australia
You will be charged shipping & handling depending on the weight of your order. If $0.00 shows, this is an error & you will be contacted regarding your shipping & handling cost.
One Islam Productions utilises the services of Australia Post to ship & deliver parcels. Australia Post strives for prompt and safe shipping & delivery.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a notice in your letterbox. You can then take the notice to your local post office to collect your parcel. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your parcel from the post office.
- Goods are packed securely before shipping. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, it can only be replaced after an investigation has been completed with Australia Post, to confirm that the item was lost in transit.
- Parcels are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Once payment has been received for your order, your parcel will be shipped on the nearest of the above days.
- You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow 3 – 8 working days for delivery.
- If you would like your order sent express, please email us promptly: orders@1islam.net.
Shipping & Delivery – International
You will be charged shipping & handling depending on the weight of your order. If $0.00 shows, this is an error & you will be contacted regarding your shipping & handling cost.
One Islam Productions utilises the regular Airmail service & FedEx to ship & deliver parcels. We cannot guarantee delivery times of parcels, as this depends on the destination country’s delivery services.
- One Islam Productions recommends you select ‘Airmail Registered’ at checkout. This will allow your parcel to be tracked by our Sales Manager should the need arise, i.e., if you have not received your parcel within the recommended time frame, or if you suspect it is lost or missing. This will incur an extra charge of $8.50 AUD, however it is worth it.
Please note, some countries do not accept the Registered service. If this is the case, your parcel will be sent via regular Airmail & you will be given store credit for the registered amount.

Returns
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or made an incorrect choice, however a store credit, less any shipping costs incurred, may be given depending on the circumstances of your claim. All products must be returned in their original form & must be packed securely in padded envelope / box. Postage & packaging charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
One Islam Productions will gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please contact us via email: orders@1islam.net. Please include your PO# or Invoice #, and details of the defect / damage.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any product from One Islam Online Store, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms and Conditions below and the above store policies.
Transactions involving persons under the age of 18 years and legal capacity
The law states that a minor cannot enter into contracts. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that they are over the age of eighteen (18) years and that they are of sound mind, they are not an undischarged bankrupt and they are otherwise legally entitled to contract with One Islam Productions. Should One Islam Productions suffer any damage, consequential or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, One Islam Productions reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused the order to be placed.
Disclaimer
Whilst One Islam Productions employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, One Islam Productions does not take responsibility for damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner. Furthermore One Islam Productions shall not be responsible for any damage or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) associated with damage to goods occurring during delivery. The customer irrevocably agrees to make a claim upon the transit insurer or One Islam Productions for any such damage or loss. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that s/he has sufficient notice of this disclaimer, s/he has entered into this transaction and accepted this disclaimer of his or her own free will.
Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards
At One Islam Productions, our primary goal is to ensure our many valued customers are assured that transacting with us is a secure, safe and easy procedure. We take online fraud very seriously and we take every conceivable step to minimise the risk of transacting with a person or persons who wish to fraudulently use credit cards. Therefore, if we have evidence to suspect that a transaction is being or will be conducted by the fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card; we will not enter into the transaction. If we have evidence of fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card during the course of a transaction or prior to delivery of our goods, we will take all reasonable steps to suspend and cancel the transaction and / or prevent the delivery of goods that are the subject of a suspected illegal transaction. We will also take all reasonable steps to notify the police services on the relevant jurisdiction and assist the police by providing all information pertaining to the transaction to facilitate a prosecution of the offender.
Intellectual Property
One Islam Productions reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it. Titles to the expression “One Islam Productions” is and shall at all times remain vested in One Islam Productions Pty Limited. None of the logos, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property vested in One Islam Productions Pty Limited and appearing on our website, receipts and literature shall be used by any other individual, corporation, group for any reason whatsoever unless One Islam Productions Pty Limited gives its express written authority to do so.
